Fruition Farm sits on 24 irrigated acres in beautiful Central Oregon. The perimeter is surrounded by top-of-the-line post and top rail fencing with no-climb wire and a private gated entry for both safety and security. We have over 20 grass pastures, divided with durable and safe Horse Guard electric tape fencing. From May to October, our pastures are irrigated using the horse-safe K-Line system. All horses live in individual grass turnouts with run-in sheds, encouraging more movement and better respiratory, musculoskeletal, gastrointestinal and mental health. Pastures are cleaned daily and Spalding fly predators released seasonally. Additionally, each pasture is equipped with a Haygain Forager, a top of the line slow-feeding system.
We offer a 100′ x 300′ CoverAll building that incorporates a large 90′ x 240′ riding arena, 2 grooming stalls, five 14′ x 20′ stalls with Comfort Stall flooring, an observation deck, heated and insulated tack rooms, feed room, veterinary office, a hot water wash rack and 20′ wide safe rubber-tiled aisle ways. The spacious and bright riding arena boasts exceptional all-weather laser-leveled 5″ deep Travel Right Footing imported from New York. We have an indoor arena sound system, wonderful stadium and cross-country jumps, a full-sized dressage court, and also offer an 80′ x 180′ outdoor riding arena with excellent footing. Additionally, a seasonal grass jump field is available.
